I've been married to my husband Corey for 4 years. As the saying goes, opposites attract. We have different personalities but similar ideals and senses of humor. We complement each other, keeping each other in check, making up for each other's weaknesses with our own strengths. Our relationship is very balanced. He is a Staff Sergeant Select in the Air Force. He is a hard-working man who loves his family. He's not perfect, but he's perfect for me!

We have two sons, ages 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 months, our pride and joy. Our oldest, Corbin, is a playful, fast-talking, high speed, rough-and-tumble, animal-loving, risk-taking, fearless ball of energy who never gives up. Though he's a force of nature, he is very sweet, loving, helpful, and eager to please. Corbin LOVES cars with a passion. Orin is the baby, and he has a milder, gentler spirit. He smiles, coos, laughs, and plays all day--pulling, shaking, and chewing toys. He loves food, attention, being held, and warm baths. We are still getting to know him, but he is a happy, easygoing baby so far.

As parents, we identify with the "attachment parenting" philosophy. Corbin was breastfed to age 2, and so will Orin be. We cosleep, though Corbin is now sleeping in his own big boy bed. We are against circumcision and practice selective, delayed vaccination. We strive for gentle discipline and are against spanking and crying it out. I try to spend a lot of time wearing or holding my babies. Our youngest son was born at home, unassisted, and we will do this with all future children. We use cloth diapers and try to eat organic, natural food.

We love animals. Our dog Cookie is a female Boxer mix. We have two cats, Neelix (best described as fat) and Odette (dainty). We also have two goldfish. Our family is not done growing, as we plan to have at least 2 more children. I'd love to have a daughter, but more sons would be wonderful, too.
